the law for example that the school uses is that the school have Sims for our data and all the medical history, phone numbers,  attendance and private information and we have use the data protection act so if anyone tries to get in they'll be punished for it so its exactly like loosing your phone and someone using or taking all your data out of it so they could get punished for it
