protocols and devices keep data safe by password so they cant get in and lock them but also on computers there are accounts, firewalls and anti viruses but also turn off your bluetooth on your phone aswell or put a password on it do they cant get onto it because they can call people off your phone and use all your credit but there are the things like 3g Bluetooth and wi-fi that they can get in to to get your passwords but if you dont keep it safe they can control you by doing things like bank account hacking and taking money
if you dont have a password on bluetooth people can get hold of it and hack it and start phoning people of it and use all your credit so there incharge of it now
if you dont keep your wi-fi protected they can use your internet for free so your paying for them
you should protect your 3g by puting a pass code lock on your phone so people cant hack into the things you use on your phone like using facebook
