The common things with using blog sites are that they can read your work and just copy it down and if you get viruses you can use the Norton security to protect your computer from viruses but also anyone can email you saying anything they want but that email can contain a virus. to also be on the safe side limit your blog to so many people and also only let your friends visit your website or blog.
Also that you make sure you make a secure password and log out when you finish.
You should clear your history so that they cant see what you've been on and also don't make people authors because they can hack your account and do what they want .
only make people authors if you know who they are so they can comment on your work.
log out when you finished so people cant get hold on your computer to copy things.
restrict friends so the people you don't want viewing cant view it

describe some threats and risks about ict based communication

The main difference between 3G and WiFi is the speed and signal strength, WiFi is usually a lot faster and therefor is easier to access the internet and emails although the further you are away form the WiFi connection there is more of a chance of 3g should be used, 3g is also good as it is good as you never loose signal but it is a lot slower. There is also a variation in cost 3g cost 80p from Vodafone obviously it can vary but this is a standard cost where as Wi-Fi is free to send picture messages which is a significant advantage
