Advantages:
They might of chosen the new ict based communication place because its bigger than the old ict base. You probably wont have to use paper as much you as you did in the old ict base. Also you wont have to use as that many people because in the old ict base it was probably writing but in this one its all computer based. But also you wont have to go to the post office anymore you can do that also by the computer and all of it looks professional.going paperless which means filling cabinets less and lesser costs of paying for storage .

Disadvantages:
When your on the computer it can affect your eye site after a while. Also you will have to train everyone to do this and also you will have have to buy everyone equipment and it will cost loads.you might get bullied and if you had took out all the papers ad files outside and burned you will see how much free space your office don't need.there is also a chance of entering the wrong data.
if you only had paper and your parent took your phone or laptop off you or you didn't have any of them things you would have to communicate by letter or go round there house but if you didn't have a phone you would have to inbox them through Facebook and twitter on your laptop.
